This hack is so simple it’s scary that Google missed it. The solution is simple – make everyone use SSL, but that’s not cheap. SSL is a major resource drain, but I think Google have the infrastructure to cope.

Yahoo is planning to add video to Flickr! I have to agree this is a bad move. Flickr does photos very well, and I think it will dilute that excellence if they go ahead with these plans.
